Mental health Education and E - Training (MEET) is an initiative of LGBRIMH Tezpur, Assam, to disseminate knowledge and provide training on mental health conditions using digital technology. Giving impetus to the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare’s emphasis on increasing trained human resources in the field/area of mental health, the digital academy of LGBRIMH has been launched as a platform for all healthcare professionals who are willing to provide basic mental health care, upscale their knowledge and learn best practices. This initiative has been possible with the guidance of NIMHANS, Bengaluru. On this platform, various courses and training programs will provide the general healthcare personnel, adequate necessary skills to address mental health issues at their level and professionals can remain updated & gain competence by accessing the resource materials at the click of a button.
